1. When Do You Install Tents?

As a general rule we install on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. This is subject to change based on the clients needs and the size of the event. Our office notifies the clients about the installation date the Monday prior to the event.

2. Are You Insured?

Yes. We carry a full line of liability, Workman's Compensation, and auto coverage's. Our agent is Coverage Associates. We will be happy to provide you with details as needed.

3. How Old Are Your Tents?

We have developed a market to which we sell our used equipment. This market generally consists of fair and festival companies throughout the United States. We are generally able to replace our tents after two full seasons of use.

4. How Can I Reach You In An Emergency?

We have a 24 hour, 7 day-a-week answering service available for our clients use.

5. Do You Require a Deposit?

Yes, generally one third of the total bill. These deposits are, under certain circumstances, refundable to the client.

6. Are You More Expensive?

The question always arises as to what makes one firm more expensive than the next.  We hope the following helps you make the right choice for your event.

  • Our tents are manufactured by Anchor Industries, the industry's leader in setting standards for quality and safety in their construction.
  • Our vast inventory allows us to have on-hand, the equipment you need for your special event.
  • We have the best trained and most knowledgeable installation people on Long Island. They are very familiar with the construction of the tents and they are trained in the safest way to install them.
  • We maintain 24 Hour emergency service.  If a client has a problem, we have a crew ready to respond.
  • P. J. McBride has been in business for over 25 years...are you willing to give a deposit to someone who might not be there when your event comes along?
