Booking
Bookings can be made up to a year in advance with a 10% deposit down to reserve the tent.

Rentals
A 10% deposit is due a month in advance with the remaining balance to be paid on the day of set up.

Cancellation
No refunds will be given on the deposit. However, if you have made full payment on the tent, 50% will be returned.

Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, Company Checks, Personal Checks and Cash.

Privacy
No personal information given to us by clients will be shared to any other parties. If you wish to send us a picture to post on our web site, but do not want us to use your name, we will honor your wishes. We welcome any and all feedback of our services.
